LD-302 is a composite product mainly produced by a new type of interface materials, supplemented by a variety of additives, it can quickly dissolute into a very clear and transparent liquid in the water. It’s difficult to hydrolysis and hasgood performance of anti-UV, presenting a superior application property.
2, applications
1,For water-based coatings and water-based inks it can improve the weather resistance, increase the resistance to salt spray, anti-yellowing, oxidation resistance, effectively absorb UV.
2,Has good dispersion and anti-settling properties.
3, usage
1,General dosage is 1-3% of the solid pigments and fillers and the recommended dosage is 1-1.5%.
2,Add before the coating disperses, followed by high-speed dispersion, then carry out the normal process, no special requirements needed.
3,As this product is highly active containing surfactant of hydroxyl and carboxyl, it’s preferable to add at the later stage of sanding so as to avoid the reduction of product properties.
