Mortar modifier concentrated liquor

Characteristics and instructions：

Mortar modifier concentrated liquid is a single component product.Concentration of diluted mother liquor is retarded, water retention, thickening, plastic etc.  

Features:

1. The mother liquor was concentrated with water in 1: 4 diluted before use.

2. Using 50 kg plastic bucket sealed packaging way for long-distance transport.

3. This product is diluted incorporated mortar, can effectively increase the viscous resistance and workability of mortar, mortar holding performance for 8-24 hours.

4. Different varieties of cementitious materials or other additive compound used experimentally to determine the compatibility required to use.

Method of use:

1. 300 kg of water was added to the enamel or plastic container with a stirrer;

2. slowly added to the vessel under stirring conditions of 100 kg of mother liquor is concentrated;

3. 100 kg of water to clean the inner wall of the drums mother liquor was concentrated (using tools such as brush), and the cleaning fluid into the vessel and stirred for 1-2 hours until a uniform state;

4. The diluent is pumped into storage tanks stand;

5. accurately weighed mortar according to the production formula, stirred into the pre-mixer;

6. Stir the mortar material, diluent and mixing together with water added to the mixer and mix well.

Recommended dosage:

1.This product is generally the amount of cementitious material quality 2.0%-4.0%, may be appropriate to adjust the dosage according to the construction requirements.

2. The first time you use the product or change the gelling variety of materials, it is recommended to trial with, to determine the optimal dosage and Mix.

Package:

2. The product should be stored in clean containers to prevent foreign matter storage container with a small circulation pump is recommended, the product should be stored in a cool place, valid for six months.

The amount of adjustment:

1.according to the change of temperature regulating the amount of modifier (open 8-10h mortar)

2.according to the mortar opening time needs to adjust the amount of modifier (temperature 25)

3.according to the consistency of mortar needs to regulate the amount of modifier: under the same conditions, the modifier per square mortar amount increased 0.7 kg, mortar consistency increased 3-5mm.
