GXN-PC2 poly carboxylic super early strength water reducing agent is Guangzhou Institute of Chemical Co., Ltd. produces mother liquor and early strength composite materials has greatly reduced the characteristics of water, high early strength and high enhancement. Products strong adaptability to cement, admixture of small, easy to use, widely used in a fast hard early strength and high construction requirements of concrete engineering machine prefabricated pieces. Especially for tubular pile concrete, after centrifugal and steam curing process, not only to meet the design requirements, and the pile body inside and outside does not hang pulp, no bubbles, no color difference, the apparent quality is very good.
This product can comprehensive improvement of pipe pile concrete mixture mechanics performance and durability; gives the impermeability of concrete with high performance and flexural performance; at the same time with small shrinkage, viscous, good adaptability to cement, high water reducing rate, enhance the effect is remarkable characteristics. This product is non-toxic, no special smell, no explosion, the use of the human body in the process of health, no pollution to the environment, no corrosion of steel.
Adding this product can effectively improve the pore structure of concrete, increase concrete self sealing and improve the frost resistance of concrete, carbonation and corrosion resistance and other properties; without the risk of corrosion on the reinforced material, alkali content is much lower than that of alkali aggregate reflect the allowable range.
Performance characteristics:
1 this product is liquid, the concentration is 10%;
2 the water reducing rate of sand is more than 25%;

Application:

Application method
1. the recommended amount of 1.5%-2.0% is the weight of the cementitious material, and the best dosage can be determined by the test;
2. general and mixing water and add to the mixer. If the lag is added or the concrete is added before pouring and the best effect is the best.
Notice
1. concrete base material is different, the product early strong effect is also different, be sure to determine the appropriate dosage through trial;
2. with other admixtures at the same time, it must be through the concrete experiment;
3. to strengthen the maintenance, start covering and watering the time is generally: plastic concrete molding 6-12 hours after the hot and windy 2-3 hours after molding, dry rigid concrete molding 1-2 hours.
