Polycarboxylate superplasticizer
-GXN-PC1 is the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangzhou Chemical Co., Ltd. self-made poly carboxylic acid mother liquor and slow setting agent compound and. It has high water reducing, high slump and a retarding performance, can be directly used as a concrete pumping agent. This product has the characteristics of high water reducing rate, low dosage, good compatibility with cement, slump loss is small and no pollution etc.; at the same time with the improve the performance of the fresh concrete and improve the effect of a variety of work, and so on.
Performance characteristics:
1.this product is a liquid, the concentration of 10%;
2.concrete water reducing rate of up to 25%~40%;
3.the time delay of the 2h~10h concrete can be adjusted flexibly, and it does not affect the early strength of concrete;
4.concrete is not easy bleeding and segregation, the cohesive performance is good, no bubble, the concrete appearance quality;
5.low alkali content; no chlorine ion, non corrosive to rebar;
6.shrinkage rate was lower than naphthalene series high efficiency water reducing agent by more than 20%.

Application:
1. this product is used with ordinary portland cement, portland cement, slag portland cement, etc.;
2. the quality of concrete with fly ash and slag as active admixture when better matching effect;
3. products can be used for the preparation of high flow and self compacting high performance concrete engineering;
4. suitable for natural curing of concrete;
5. It is suitable for the preparation of C20-C80 with retarding, slump and high requirements of the concrete pump enhanced product engineering;
6. suitable for the preparation of high temperature and climate conditions of concrete pouring.
Application method
1. the recommended amount of 1.2%-2.2% is the weight of the cementitious material, and the best dosage can be determined by the test;
2. the use of the site, the amount should be adjusted with the change of temperature;
3. preparation of ultra high strength concrete, the volume can be appropriately increased.
Notice
1. concrete base material is different, the product is different from the effect of slow setting, be sure to determine the appropriate dosage through trial;
2. this product shall not be used in combination with naphthalene series water reducer;
3. when the preparation and other admixture use, need to carry on the compatibility test first;
4 to strengthen the maintenance, concrete final coagulation immediately after the start of the cover and water conservation, winter construction should adopt surface coverage and other measures. Large flow concrete should be in accordance with the provisions of the two precausions.
Package and transportation：
1.Using tanker transport.
2.The stable performance, long-term storage is not hierarchical, no precipitation, no crystallization winter.
3.This product should be stored in clean plastic containers or metal containers through embalmed avoid foreign matter; valid for one year, expired after passing the test can continue to use concrete.
