Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a polymer made from a variety of organic polymer using polyoxyethylene macromonomer, unsaturated sulfonic acid monomer and a radical polymerization of a new generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Water reduction products with high performance and low slump loss can be formulated to ensure that the desired high concrete water reduction can be widely used in pumping concrete, high performance concrete and commercial concrete. The main features of this product: a high water reduction, wide applicability, moderate gas content, chlorine-free, ammonia-free, non-corrosive to steel, cement and adaptability, small slump loss, pollution, concrete hardening and good durability, concrete frost tolerance was significantly improved.

Application:

Application method
1. This product liquor of 40% concentration of liquid products, according to performance requirements, can be flexibly adjusted concentration;
2. This product can be used with a variety of functional liquor additive compound used, such as retarders, air entraining agent mixed use, be sure to try the former compound with confirmed compatibility.
Notice：
1. leakage during storage room, anti-exposure, anti-high temperature;
2. This product is a liquid alkali, non-toxic, non-corrosive; environmental pollution, but can not eat;
3. This product is not with naphthalene superplasticizer compound, when used in conjunction with other admixtures (such as retarder, rust, etc.), should advance concrete compatibility tests.
Package and transportation：
1. Using tanker transport.
2. The stable performance, long-term storage is not hierarchical, no precipitation, no crystallization winter.
3. This product should be stored in clean plastic containers or metal containers through embalmed avoid foreign matter; valid for one year, expired after passing the test can continue to use concrete.
