Characteristics and instructions：
Retarded High Range Water Reducing Agent-2HN is a concrete admixture of naphthalene series, it has high water reducing and retarding slump and enhancement functions. It is suitable for the construction of various concrete structures. Products of cement adaptability strong, volume low convenient adaptation, especially in a slow coagulation, slump retention and high enhanced requirements of commercial concrete.
Mixed with this product concrete slow coagulation effect is obvious, setting time can delay 2-16 hours adjustable. This feature can effectively avoid or reduce construction cold joints; concrete workability, anti bleeding, segregation resistance; pumping friction resistance is small.
This product has strong adaptability.It is suitable for a variety of specifications, models of cement, additives and other functions compatible with each other, it is difficult to produce the phenomenon obviously not suited to function complement each other to stimulate the performance of the product; the product non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, does not contain effects of corrosion of reinforcement bars substance; not hierarchical, no precipitation, the winter without crystallization.
Adding this product significantly improved durability of concrete, its frost resistance is much better than ordinary concrete.It carbonation resistance than ordinary concrete increase 1.5-2.5 times; it has a very good ability to inhibit steel corrosion. It can be widely used in various commercial concrete construction.
Performance characteristics:
1. the product is brown liquid, the concentration of 30%;
2. cement water reducing rate of not less than 20%;
3. strong adaptability to cement,good cohesiveness, good water retention;
4. this product has a strong dispersion effect on cement, greatly improve the workability, easy pouring, convenient vibrating;
5. this product can make the concrete setting time delay 2-16 hours, flexible adjustment, and increase the late strength of concrete;
6. this product can increase the density of concrete, water reducing shrinkage and creep, improve the durability of concrete;
7. this product is chlorine free and low alkali, no corrosion of reinforcement effect.It does not lead to alkali aggregate reaction.

Application:

Application method
1. Recommended dosage 1.5%-2.5% by weight of cementitious materials; optimal dosage can be determined by testing;
2. In field use, the dosage should be adjusted flexibly with changes in temperature;
3. Before the official use, the need for test match test series, in order to facilitate better meet the requirements.
Notice
1. The retarding effect of this product varies with concrete substrates, be sure to determine the appropriate amount of this product through trial and equipped;
2. When this product with other additives used simultaneously, the experiment must be concrete;
3. The construction should be careful to check the accuracy of measurement;
4. Strengthening conservation, beginning immediately after the final setting of concrete cover and water conservation, the surface should be covered with winter construction and other measures adopted. Crowd concrete should be required for the second plaster.
Package and transportation：
1. Using tanker transport.
2. The product should be stored in clean containers to prevent foreign matter. Valid for one year,the product expires after passing by concrete test can still be used.
